If you are gifting a newborn baby session please contact me to check that I have availability around the due date of the baby before making your purchase. Due to the nature of newborn sessions, people tend to book in advance and I have to ensure I have the capacity in my diary.
Once the vouchers have been received the recipient will be asked to contact me as soon as possible to confirm which session they’d like to book. This allows me to adjust the space I have for them in my diary if they wish to book a session different to the one gifted.
For newborn sessions I provisionally book babies in my diary for the period a week before and three weeks after their due dates and ask parents to contact me in the days following the birth to set the exact time and date of the session.
Vouchers remain valid for 12 months from the due date of the baby or from date of purchase whichever is later.
Vouchers can be transferred over against the value of other sessions or products however, they can not be traded in for cash or refunded.
IMPORTANT: At checkout please enter in the notes section if the gift vouchers are being sent to yourself or directly to the recipient. Please also specify the Due date or date of birth of the baby so that I can reserve space in my schedule for the vouchers to be redeemed.
