They do grow up so fast, don’t they! The period before they start walking is my absolute favourite, they have so much personality emerging and it really is the last bit of babyhood before they turn into a toddler. It’s why I love to offer older baby photography in Epsom, Surrey.

It’s beautiful to see their personalities blossom and capture it on camera. Sometimes there are faces your baby makes, or habits she/he has, that don’t last more than a few months. Having professional photos of those little idiosyncrasies keep those moments recorded forever.

For my little girl it was the way she sat looking down intently examining objects, her posture, her shape, her squidgy bits. As soon as she was up and about these things quickly faded away.

Their little personalities are just starting to blossom and they’re full of such sweet and often funny mannerisms.

These sessions take place on a mock-up floor bed. A thick foam layer covered with freshly washed crisp white bed linen. Perfect for your little ones to lie on comfortably or roll around on and topple over safe and securly.

I absolutely adored photographing my daughter between 7 and 10 months old and I still look back so fondly on that phase and those photos. She was fascinated by objects and curious about the world around her. She could sit but not yet crawl and I just loved how she would move and handle objects within her grasp. Every baby learns to sit, crawl and walk at different ages and I’m sure there’ll be a time where you are mesmerised just watching them as they learn and grow.

My wish is to provide you with still memories that you can hold on to and remember as these fleeting moments pass in a blink of an eye.
