These are great meditations if you’re going through a period of pain, discomfort or change.
There’s a couple at the end that I’ve listed before but I think they’re really relevant and useful here too so I’ve added them again. Hope you find these useful.

Learning to dive deeper into the uncomfortable edges in our life. A lesson on turning toward, instead of away.

This episode works to empower the part of you that wants to be more alive, awake and vital.
4. Sarah Blondin: Learning to Surrender (8 minutes)
This is my favourite meditation at the moment. My go-to way to spend 8 minutes if I feel like I’m getting nowhere or if my head is a bit too loud with thought. Sarah Blondin is available on Insight Timer or you can listen to her on her liveawake podcast. Both are free.
