The Mindfulness Day Planner
I created this desk pad planner to help me bring together all the most important things I hope to achieve each day whilst remaining balanced and productive throughout week.
Fed up with feeling stressed, never feeling like I’d got what I wanted to achieve done and feeling generally overwhelmed & burnt out this planner was designed to help all that.
By mindfully planning each day and prioritising what’s important and consciously choosing what can slip down the list is great for getting control back of your overwhelming days.
There’s space for intentions, gratitudes, meal planning, wellbeing, appointments and a space for never ending to-do’s. By keeping an eye on self-care, mindfulness & hydration those little things that can make a massive difference in productivity.
Once you’ve brain dumped all your tasks you can choose the most important ones to tackle first identifying the 3 must do’s followed by 4 it’d be nice to do tasks. This can help prioritise your day, reduce overwhelm and provide a sense of achievement when the most important things are ticked off.
There’s are quick check boxes to record your water intake and a space to track your monthly cycle both of which can give enormous insight into why you might be finding some days more difficult than others.
